While I was in secondary school, where I started getting more and more exposed to all things IT.
Your organization field and mission:
My organisation is a managed service provider on both infrastructure and software solutions. Our mission is to unlock our clients’ potential by adapting solutions to their needs.
Please tell us briefly about your role in the company / at your organization:
As TL of the Customer Support team, I am leading the team who are the clients’ first line of support, in both areas. We also ensure that the client is receiving quality service by meeting with the client to assess their needs.
Your interest in STEM
My first role model was a family member, who was also studying IT.
Your studies
A particular field which, till now, is still not my favourite. However I learnt a lot by still pushing through.
There are many many areas in IT – one can either specialise in a particular field, or become an all-rounder in multiple fields. Explore and make IT work for you.

We hold CSR activities, our members are from all over the world.

Be curious, confident, and don’t wait to feel “ready” — skills can be learned, but confidence grows by doing. Find mentors, build things that interest you, and remember that your perspective is not a weakness in IT, it’s a strength.
More opportunities to work in various forms, eg remotely, reduced hours. More women in higher positions.
