My interest in STEM began in childhood through creativity, curiosity, and problem-solving activities. As a teacher, I discovered that technology and interdisciplinary learning can empower children to become creators rather than passive consumers of information. This inspired me to integrate STEM and digital innovation into my educational practice.

Our educational institution provides quality, inclusive, and innovative education for children. Its mission is to create a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child can develop competencies for the future, digital skills, creativity, and resilience.
Please tell us briefly about your role in the company / at your organization
I am a teacher, STEM educator, and digital learning trainer. I design and implement innovative educational projects, integrate digital technologies and artificial intelligence into teaching, and support students’ social-emotional well-being through project-based and inclusive approaches.
Your interest in STEM
My first role models were my parents and teachers, who taught me the values of education, perseverance, and service to society. Today, I am inspired by educators and innovators worldwide who promote digital transformation, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all learners.

Weaknesses: Excessive self-demand and perfectionism.
Opportunities: Continuous learning, international educational projects, digital technologies.
Threats: Social inequalities and limited access to modern educational resources, especially during times of crisis and war.
Believe in your abilities, never stop learning, and do not be afraid of technology. STEM and digital education need women’s perspectives, creativity, and leadership. Every challenge can become an opportunity for growth.
You at work
Our school promotes inclusive education, equal access to learning opportunities, digital literacy, emotional well-being, and environmental responsibility. We implement projects that support internally displaced children, foster social inclusion, and encourage girls’ participation in STEM and digital learning.
I am most proud of helping students and teachers discover their potential through innovation and digital learning. I am particularly proud of implementing educational projects that create safe, engaging, and future-oriented learning environments, even under challenging wartime conditions.
Your point of view
Technology gives women access to education, professional development, global networking, entrepreneurship, and leadership opportunities. It removes geographical and social barriers and enables women to become creators of innovation and change.
Be curious, embrace lifelong learning, and do not fear making mistakes. Develop your digital skills, seek mentors, and support other women. Your ideas and leadership can transform education and society.
By 2030, I hope to see equal access to quality digital education, greater representation of women in STEM leadership, inclusive and safe learning environments, and educational systems that prioritize diversity, well-being, and sustainability.
