I followed the literature path (ancient Greek, Latin, History). My STEM curiosity began later towards the end of my BA Translators Degree.

Please tell us briefly about your role in the company / at your organization
I am a Lead Research and Technology Associate at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST). I am currently coordinating the Erasmus project Chat4EFL: https://www.chat4efl.eu/. Chat4EFL aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of EFL instruction in secondary schools by using AI technologies to create personalized learning experiences that address diverse student needs (giftedness, bilingualism, special needs).

LIST is extremely active in DEIS. It has a gender policy, it participates in equality marches, in diversity breakfasts, special events on International Diversity Day, among others..There was also a leadership training program only for females, for which I was selected and learned a lot about mentorship, leadership models, efficient project and people management, etc.
