Microsoft operates across the entire tech ecosystem (cloud, AI, software, hardware, cybersecurity) with the mission of empowering people and organizations worldwide to achieve more.
Please tell us briefly about your role in the company / at your organization
I am a solution specialist focusing and helping customers adopting Microsoft technologies.
Your interest in STEM
It was recently born when one of my colleagues started the AI for women initiative in Luxembourg.
Serena Williams was my first role model. Nowadays it is Nawal Al Saadawi.
Your studies
I must admit my biggest challenge during studies was the uncertainty of the field and how what we are studying translates in the real world.
On a personal level, I run away from routine, and technology is one of the specialties where routine has no place. It is a field full of new techniques where skills, improvements and solutions appear on a daily basis.
You at work
We do have a lot but amongst them I can share the women in AI initiative in Luxembourg.
Being trusted by people.
Your point of view
It’s women who will empower technology. Women contributed to many changes since the beginning of time and now, it is our responsibility again to make AI and technology real.
Learning is key. Never stop learning.
It’s hard to project oneself but I do would like to see more women in the field.
