Two Ways to Participate

Showcase your best classroom ideas and your community’s energy — then earn recognition (and prizes!) for your impact across Europe. We’re excited to launch the Code Week Digital Educator Awards – powered by Vodafone Foundation. This Europe-wide initiative celebrates teachers and educator teams in two complementary tracks:
Track A: Content Awards –For high-quality, shareable teaching materials. Track B: Participation Awards (Activity Superstars) – for outstanding participation during the Code Week celebration window (11–26 October 2025).
Who can take part
Track A: Individual teachers or small educator teams across Europe. You don’t need to be an ICT specialist — if your idea builds digital confidence and creativity, we want to see it. Track B: Teachers, schools, and NGOs that organise and submit activities to the Code Week map during 11–26 October 2025.
Track A: Digital Educator Content Awards
What to submit: Original teaching activities in a shareable format — lesson templates, challenges, treasure hunts, unplugged tasks, or other classroom-ready materials that help educators run great Code Week activities. If you’re new to Code Week, explore the resources on codeweek.eu for inspiration.
Award categories:
- Best “AI in Education” Activity
- Best Digital Wellbeing Activity
- Best Inclusion-Focused Activity
- Best Green Activity (sustainability focus)
- Community Choice Award (decided by public voting)
Track B: Participation Awards – Code Week Activity Superstars
In parallel with the content awards, we’re also recognising outstanding mobilisation efforts with our Participation Awards.
Prizes:
- Most Activity Submissions – 1st: €1,000 | 2nd: €750 | 3rd: €500
- Country Champion (adjusted by population) – €500
- Newcomer Award (first-time organiser) – €500
- Random Activity Draw – €50
